[RC] NPCs

Here is the updated NPC file. I removed an unused bulgy soldier and replaced his entry in the NPCs.xml file.

Some npc's have a shadow (Im talking about the soldiers, arena guys, and the man with the sword), can they be removed?

Three NPCs were lost in the middle of the file. Here's the version I'm going to commit:
