If someone has been banned by a GM, there will be a [BAN] report in this forum. Most likely, your char was banned automatically for spamming.

Then you were banned automatically because you sent messages too fast, probably. The ban should only last an hour.

Kill it, it was found out the ban had been over, but you have been blocked for some reason. I therefore unblocked you.
Though if it comes out you had been blocked for a reason it might be repeated.
