Backstory: Nando's old character was Fernando PJL. Someone logged in to his account and stole his stuff, but it turned out he'd been botting and Katze would have reset his character anyway.
This is guesswork, but I think Nando's post says this:

The thing is, that I cannot give you your level back, because the way you got such a high level was botting with Fernando pjl.
Further, I don't have the possibility to check any old files where your old character's stats would be saved.
However that is not the important thing here.
I say it again: The reason is not a lack of evidence. The reason is botting!

Hello nando,

GMs cannot spwan items. The only players who can spawn items are developers, but only for testing purpose.
Further, we cannot check what items you had before your old character had been hacked and deleted.
The only one who might be able to do that is Platyna.
But I am not sure if she can or will do it and what would happen if she found out about your old items.
