People abuse using same nicknames

Hi GMs and Devs, some days ago I've seen some guys who make characters with the same nickname than players with high level, at first I saw to rodrigo100 that was simulating to rodrigo14 (my bro), and rodrigo100 was begging things. Well rodrigo100 speaks spanish, like me and like my bro, so I decided to help to rodrigo100, I told him the rules, and I told him that he hasn't to beg... but he doesn't want to understand, and now he says that is another player. And today I saw a new character in the game... goezoom100... a strange character that beg for items... and it's not my character, I'm Goezoom, like some know, but this new character is fake, and it's not mine.

Can the gm o dev do something?

Hi GM, the same that my brother said, I saw a guy begging things and telling to everyone that I was, I'm afraid to get banned about that, miau is my friend and told me about that, but rodrigo100 always scapes before to respond so we don't have chance to let him understand that is abusing us.

I'm attaching the screenshots took by miau, the only thing that cares for me, it's my character, I spent a lot of time to get my level and is not fair to lose it just because a guy.

i am with goe and rodrigo14, he said the truth, i meet with rodrigo14 all the time and them are 2 diferents persons. rodrigo100 isn't rodrigo14, those characters are diferents, then he pretending be another person, and rodrigo100 was threatening just for get something

You have nothing to worry about guys.

The GM's will catch the person "in the act" of breaking the rules. If this were to happen they would ban "that" particular person, be it rodrigo100 or whoever.

If you are still concerned, don't be afraid to ask a GM in game when one is available.
