Keep in mind that Game Masters are instructed not to punish people for botting based on screenshots or witness testimonies. They should only ban people for botting when they observe them botting with their own eyes.

The best way to report botters is by whispering to a game master when one is ingame. When no GM is ingame you should report the botter on IRC. That way the GMs can investigate themself as soon as possible.
