I tried to talk to you for several minutes and got no response. You also did not move or pick up drops.

I can offer you a character reset if you like.

What is a reset? The funny thing is I tried to write you and my computer had locked up. I got it going about a minute after you banned me.

I can reset your character to level 1. That way you can keep the same character name.

Does it reset the quests too? I mean will I be able to re-do all the quests?

There is no reset of quests, since you will keep your items after the reset. To be able to do all the quests again, you will have to delete and recreate your character.
