We aren't able to see images on your hard drive, as we cannot see your hard drive.
Try uploading the image to a hosting site (such as imageshack or photobucket) first and use the URL they provide.
Alternatively, you can use the forums builtin upload tool: when posting a reply or starting a new topic, there is an 'upload attachment' tool just below the submit buttons below your text; 'browse' then 'add the file' when done, and 'place inline' where you want the image to go.
