Sam_ has been banned for botting. A reset is possible if requested.

I'm sam_ and I never botting... I'm french man and I don't write to other players beacause my inglish is very very very bad...

So, at next time, when I see "sam_", "sam" or "samuel", I write a short "hello all" if you want ?

a short "hello" would be enough to tell other people you aren't botting

Sam_ did contact me right away after being banned.

It took a couple of days of PM's(with the help of google translator).

I explained he needs to respond to a GM right away so we know he is not botting.

I made it very clear if this happens again, there will be no chance of recovering his character.
