Yes you can but you need to contact Purple (aka Bjorn) or one of the other admins
He will log into the character and allow you to get the divorce...had to have it done myself once before
Though I think they were working on/have finished it so you can divorce someone without them needing to be online?

If you get a divorce, does that mean you have to give your ex-wife half of everything you own?
I think if there is an NPC that will grant divorces then there should be a fee for the divorce.
