npc help?

i was looking at the list of finished npc's in teh wiki.
and theres some that are for quest or somtin like that (nikko) or whatever and i was wondering if someoen could tell me where they are or if they even exist right now

I think basically all the NPCs on the Wiki are being planned and not in the game yet.
