Re: Where should I train?
My suggestion is to get a bit more dex -> Scorpions, regular snakes, and maybe spiders. A partner of around the same level will help immensely.

Re: Where should I train?
I'm only working on Dex and Luck for awhile. :c But those are to hard, they hit 20's.

Re: Where should I train?
I don't own a Steel Shield, I'll buy one for 30k?
Re: Where should I train?
Steel Shields are way more expensive than 30k.
Here is my value of the steel shield:
Infantry helmet 10k x2 = 20k
Snake skin 5k + 300 gp makes a leather patch = 5.3k
Ore 3k x 10 = 30k
20k to pay for the creation of the shield
I typically sell steel shields around 60k
Edit Add: These aren't fixed numbers, just common market value that I sell at. Other player merchants may sell higher or lower.

Re: Where should I train?
60k? wow... That's an amazing price... Does the shield show up on you?
Edit: But yeah, tell me a good place for a level 49 to train? Sea slimes are annoying, 1.7k exp = 1% now =[

Re: Where should I train?
You will find that most other people don't sell it or sell it over 80k. I have a level advantage over most merchants, so my resource collecting is typically faster.
I recommend you build your character to take down regular snakes and spiders comfortably with the bow and try to avoid getting hit. You can't use a shield with the bow, so...

Re: Where should I train?

And does it show up on your character?

Re: Where should I train?
Alright, cool, and if you have a shield, 40k + jean shorts or 60k for the shield?
Re: Where should I train?
Yeah the steels shield will help alot.. and doesn't show up on your character but it's +20% defense.
You really don't need that much LUK unless you are trying to get crit hits most of the time. You'll need a bit more VIT to open up the range of monsters you can train on.
