He always showed, to my opinion, an adapted behavior with any kind of people around.

Just to clear some things up, one of the reasons for this poll was because, when the issue was raised, I simply stated that I would only consider the job if my peers thought that I would be Fair & Just in my duties as a GM.

Although I have in the past been online for 18 hours a day 6 or 7 days a week, my work is now picking up considerably, although I do try to log on when ever and where ever I am ( i work away from home 90% of the time) I can't guarantee that I will be spending as much time as I might need to be, but please be aware, that when I am home and online, and should I be given the job, I will make the effort to do it properly.

I have a policy that I stick to in life and I like to apply it to The Mana World as well; "Everyone is my friend until you give me reason otherwise" basically, if you do the right thing, no body has a problem, but if you don't tow the line, don't play by the rules, there are consequences and I will enforce them.

I can be crude and vulgar, but I also know the people that aren't offended by such behavior, for the people that do get offended, I will do my best to ensure that your experience (IRL & TMW) is made as pleasant as possible.

I respect the players, the existing GM's and the developers of this game enough to make the right decision.

I am open to criticism and I hope that you know a little bit more about me now, if anyone has any (sensible) questions, I will endeavor to provide you with an answer.

We don't need new people who're online at GMT midnight, but we need people who're online in the (early) GMT morning.

That would be sugarcorgit. I think the logic of location needs to be part of the consideration, not the determining factor.

The risk of botting will increase without a doubt.

Damis, as Katze stated 2 GMs are from America already (MasterKenobi and me). Fort the Canadian side, I'm from Canada, look on the wiki.

We need GMs from all signifant timezones on Earth (America, Europe, Asia/Australia). So that is why we decided to poll this.
