Wombats been really rude to me, I just said something and he started well, like harrasing me I'd say.. He usually has more ignorant things to say, but i'm fed up with it..

That's what the "ignore" function is for Damis. 
Try ignoring him for awhile and if it continues or becomes worse in any way, report it back here and we will look at other options.

I'm going to keep messing with Damis and a lot of people are annoyed by him. I'll collect screenshots of Damis being lame and report him for imposing his abusive mediocrity on the game community.
Current character is "Abolish".

That's not being rude, Damis. Wombat was just stating a fact in that screenshot.
I've seen you act far more offensive and rude than Wombat did there.

All of you know very well this is not a place to discuss your ideas and opinions.
Damis, if someone is "harassing" you as you say, take a screen shot and report it if they persist.
Wombat, if you find Damis annoying, fine. If "a lot of people" find him annoying, fine. It has absolutely no relevance to this situation nor do I see the purpose of "messing" with him as a solution to his supposed annoyance. Being the biggest proponent of using the ignore feature, I would think you would just hit "ignore" and move on.
Just so everyone knows:
Being "rude" is NOT against the rules.
"Messing" with someone is NOT against the rules.
But both taken too far can be considered abuse. Which IS against the rules.
Finally, we(GM's) are not your babysitters. But since you are both acting as if you need one I have obliged this time.
I would suggest you both act with just a little maturity and either ignore each other or avoid each other.
