I got a Questions??? (Nature Magic)

So I talked to Wyara in Hurnscald and I she told me two spells, the that makes it rain (which I can't do because I'm not a high enough level), and #inwilt, what exactly does this spell do because I can't seem to get it to work.

So can someone help me please?

I believe #inwilt is also a level 2 spell, but is general magic, so you will only need level 2 general magic (not level 2 nature magic) in order to cast the spell.

There are no components required for this spell.
