Storage suddenly empty

My storage has suddenly emptied on its own. Last time I used it was 2 days ago, when I piled it with everything I had to fill my inventory with butter knives, and now its empty. My bank account and inventory are untouched, so I don't think someone has hacked my account. Also I can store and retrieve new items in the storage. Can anybody help me please?

Yep, its the storage NPC William in Hurnscald and the other one Achar in Tulishmar.

My npc storage also got completely empty after I was disconnected from the server. A friend of mine also has the same problem. Where can we get some help on this problem?

Wheres the person you can talk to to store things? And do you need a updated mana world file. I think im playing .28

0.0.29 and above support it. You won't see the NPC unless your using 0.0.29.

ARGH!!!

It also happened to me. ALL ITEMS IN MY STORAGE GOT LOST! I only have the items in my inventory left.

It happened about an hour ago. I went to the storage to take some clothings out to dye them (in Hurnscald). I took out cotton pants and cotton shirt. After I collected some herbs and dyed the pants dark blue, I looked into my storage and it was empty.

I had maany things in there I should need. Isn't there any way to get them back???

I'm using the newest client (0.0.29.1) and I have only one character (called Bateyes).

I also ran into this problem a few days ago and am now making it a habit to keep everything on my character instead of in storage. I wish I would have seen this thread before hand instead of going through the incident then speaking with Bat and finding out about the thread here. I have been attempting to tell people about the issue in game in order to prevent them from possibly losing items as well and hope others may do the same.

We've tried finding the problem, but we can't see where it could reasonably happen.

Yeah, I believe. Cause there wasn't that much time between having and losing my items, I would suppose that there is any kind of player acting reason.

Maybe we (the players) can find some connection:
-Have you all lost your Items at the storage in Hurnscald, or also in other places? So what was the last place when you went to your Storage and had the Items, and first time you clicked when they where lost? (For me both Hurnscald)
-Did you have a big difference in sum of Items after all where lost? (I had collected about 200-250 herbs in between, but made dye of them)
-What did you do last time you visited your Storage? (I put out a cotton pants and a cotton shirt, and after collecting herbs I dyed the pants)

Perhaps someone else has some other supposes. Thank you jaxad and to the other programmers for their efforts!
