1) Is there a way to reset skills like there is for stats.
2) Can someone explain to me what Skills do?
I know this is probably written down somewhere, but I could not find it.

I don't think you can reset them at the moment, but 1-3 is for emoticons, sitting, and trading I think. Then up to 5 is for party features, although i'm not sure about the last one.

For basic:

Magic skills are only leveled by NPCs. There is no need to reset to reset the basic skill, as we don't use this functionality of eA any further, and we'd like to eliminate the basic skill.
