Either we ripped graphics off of them, or they ripped graphics off of us. That ice cave sure looks familiar. lol
Found our ice cave in another game.
Re: Found our ice cave in another game.
This screen shot better shows the same art in both games: http://dog.servegame.org/?q=node/17&picture=53.
They are open source, but I can't find the license. If their content (or alteast the art they took from us (most likely path for the art to go)) is GPL, there is no problem. All of our stuff (including the art, sounds, etc) is GPL.

Re: Found our ice cave in another game.
So it depends on what their license is? I guess since TMW is open source it doesn't matter that much anyway.
Re: Found our ice cave in another game.
I think it does matter. If they use TMW's stuff they have to be under a license that allows TMW to use there stuff if they chose to.

According to the README.txt in the zip-file the client is GPL, so I guess all is well.

Is the art distributed with it? If so, did you check the graphics folder(s) for license files?niels.ellegaard wrote:According to the README.txt in the zip-file the client is GPL, so I guess all is well.
