apparentlly I was banned for spamming? how is typing something, then again because someone ignored me spamming? I've seen plenty of people spamming over and over, yet they do not become banned.

if you did so fast, you will be banned for spam by the server.
maybe you can be unbanned 1 hour later.

More than 10 messages in 10 seconds will do it. Repeating messages and 1337 make it faster. You'll get a warning at 8 messages. Ban is only an hour.
