Akariah was banned for spamming (accident) Help please :)

My character's Akariah, and was banned for spamming. But it was an accident to do with computer lag.
I was in the Hurnscald Bank House where the Trade Bot was with Sushichan, dragoon mule and tapion and I was explaining how to buy an item, my computer started lagging and it wasn't showing what i was typing so i typed it again, still nothing and i did it one more type and then i got the ban, Could I get it removed please? I'm not a spammer, you can ask long time players like Galadriel, Wolf1985 or Phred. If you can help me I would really appreciate it, thank you
