Can't delete chars made with website char reg form in client

Just a quick bug I noticed this is only due to the change of the character registration process that was adopted to cut down on the fake account attacks.

Anyways I created a new account on a friends system I was setting up as I didn't want to use my normal account to log in. I used the new website character creation form to create it. However when later trying to delete this account in the client my client gives me an error that it is unable to delete any characters created on the account. I'm sure this will be fixed when the client adopts a more secure character creation system. I just wanted to bring it to your attention in case no one was aware of this. So beware if you create an account or character it can not be deleted. It still worked fine to delete characters on my account that was created with the old client character creation process.
