I am sorry to ask a possibly a simple question but cannot find it out how to get in touch with an online GM or recognize where any of them is. Would you please let me know how I can contact a GM? I have set up a new account to access online.

in game use @wgm to contact a GM. For example:

@wgm Hi I need a GM for a bot reset

if a GM is online, you should be getting help.
