...and does not start to spew obscenities when someone disagrees with her.

It's not about how old someone is, it's about how old someone behaves.

You might have heard a certain rumor about me. This rumor is completely false. You might also have heard the other rumor about me. This rumor is 100% accurate.

How come no one picks on her for her age? No, she's fine but when you find out I'M 12, you start being absolute d icks. It's not fair. I just want to play this game in piece yet you must tease me and pick on me. Not all of you but some. It is called cyber-bullying and if you do it you are a turd.
You never have seen her and Kage talk have you...

Plus Di seems to have been 12 for the hole 3 years I have been here... :?

Er, okay, how about - sky-blue? So... wait, wait! It's aqua! No turquoise! Um um um, I think you're - let's see - 25?

My guess is that he encoded it in hex then used that as a HTML color.

I don't care enough to reverse it though.

Not sure what units would need to be used to make that value reasonable

(Not sure if anyone will actually decipher that message, but as you can guess it probably isn't the value of my age, though that is the subject, heh. Evil tastes like a really nice apple pie.)
