Now, that's my IP, but I never made an account two days ago (this was dated 10th December).

You can't use someone elses IP address as a proxy unless the person is deliberately running an open proxy server on it.

There are, however, various techniques to spoof another IP address, as long as you don't need to receive the response packets.

Why someone should attempt to do this in this case? I have absolutely no idea.

Lol, I have a friend that can send packets as long as they know the ip. He's a big time gamer hacker though.
