Claiming to be AFK and ceasing activity the moment a GM drops by then resuming activity once the GM is no longer visible is trivial to automate.
Regardless of whether you were FK, you were attempting to circumvent the bot detection => ban.

Because when I witness someone activly killing monsters, while I am @invisible or through a proxy char, who stops, sits and then says "AFK.", when a GM appears, only to resume killing the very second the GM char leaves (or in this case, goes @invisible) is quite obviously NOT afk and therefore has failed the bot check.

I am not a gm/dev/admin but you two are not going to win this discussion even according to your self from reading you said doors caught him twice and captin catching him would be his 3rd offence your brother should not be experimenting with advanced bots on this game its not anything you want to be messing with. Also in your little brothers defence TMW (includes development team ) if this pull was player talk and had votes I would vote to unban him. why? The fact of the matter is that Demon was caught botting, was given fair warning about what was going to happen and did not comply.

The account will not be unbanned.
