another player scammed

Hello i am a player for about one year on the mana world as well as my brother. About one week ago he entered the game without only 20.000 gp and other equipment...
i would like to know if he could get back his items

the character name is Newtkiller and he is level 66.
Please someone help me.

there is no point posting it into the GM forums, because we can't give items or money back, we dont have those powers.

And no one is going to provide you with a free 20kgp just because you said it is suddenly missing, there is no proof and no good reason (that i can see) why it just magically disappears.

If someone could hack accounts (more than simply having someones password) why would they take 20kgp? If you had that kind of access to the database, you could just create whatever items and however much money you want and no player would know!!!
