That doesn't prove that Demon and Amarisa were his bots though. It proves that he has bots, but we don't know whether they are Demon and Amarisa or not. I agree though, they probably are his bots.

If he is not botting for the lvls, banning that account is pointless as he is probably transfers the money to his main. I don't think he cares about the bots getting banned as he only needs to make a new account and start over. If they are banned he loses nothing if he gets away with it for a few days he gains thousands of gps

All known accounts owned by him should be deleted (not banned, deleted!)
