Player wiped

Hi all, just logged in and i have no players and my password was changed?? does this mean i have been hacked and i am trying to create a player now but i am unable to
if any one has any ideas thx

Edit; ok i have been able to create new character but i had to call it a different name.

Did you use the correct capitalization on the account name?
