my game password not working

my password in the game is not working I went to the forums and reset it but the reset one didnt work.is there a way to fix it?

The game, forums ,wiki, mantis, ..., all use different databases. Are you sure you're using the right capitalization when trying to log into the game? Account, account, aCount, etc, are all different accounts. If you used your account more than 6 or so months ago, it was likely deleted.
