i'm considering tactic change, any ideas?
So far i was playing only warrior - tank (thx to august knight for buiild) but now i'm kinda bored so i'm considering a change to archer. As far as i see they're doing very good damage, is it really worth a change? If yes what stats should i use?

I believe archers to be the easiest characters to level with. Basically you can kill from a distance and therefor do not need to walk up to a monster to get xp from it. So you can shoot 1 arrow (maybe even 2 arrows) before a knight can reach a monster or a monster can reach you.
Downsides:
1. Arrows cost money/items to get/create;
2. You need pots/items to heal/lum;
3. You will need speed/concentration pots to gain an extra edge.
Upside:
1. Getting mobbed=death. But death has no penalties;
At level 65 I have an archer with (done from memory) 80+ dex, 60+ agi, 30+ vit, 5 str, 5 int, 1 luk and it's going excellently.
I started using arrows cuz I did a restat to get the setzer (set my char to 99 int to do the monster oil part) and then wanted to try an archer (before that I did evenything with a short sword).
Luckily there's a permanent stat resetter in mana world so I have a way to redo them if I don't feel they are right.
I'd say go for it. You can always go back to a knight if it is not your cup of tea.

Re: i'm considering tactic change, any ideas?
You do realize an archer only needs 1 stat? Namely dex. Both height of damage and amount of misses are related to dex so with just dex an archer can become a 1-hit-killing-machine.
And that a warrior needs and dex and vit and str? Dex to not miss (the fewer hits that miss the faster a monster dies). Vit to cover a monster's hit. And str to be able to hit hard (since killing the monster faster means getting hit less).
I need to explain that a bit more though: An archer does not need vit or agi: if an archer gets hit he's dead anyways. And agi is just faster shooting so it is nice to have but not a necessity.
Of course... This is simplified! At some point an archer needs vit and agi since he'll encounter more and more aggressive monsters and mobs. That will make not getting hit difficult so vit will be needed. And agi is needed to kill faster so it is possible to keep xp per minute up at a nice level. But ... before an archer needs those 2 he can have dex well over 70/80 points. And there is a point in the game where an archer can just single-hit-kill non-aggresive monsters where an archer can stay 5 squares away from a monster and focus on/walk to the next monster.
It's the walking towards a non-aggressive monster where an archer wins every time: the monster should be dead before the warrior can reach it.
Think of it like this: what happens when there are 1 warrior and 1 archer in a stack party (both same level, optimum stats)? The archer will shoot 2, 3 arrows before a monster reaches the stack. So he could be able to kill at least 1 monster per mob before it reaches the stack and can keep killing monsters when they are in reach of the warrior.
Oh, it's just my POV. Everyone has his own playing style and I tend to be able to play an archer for a shorter amount of time then I can play a warrior.
Archers need work: you are constantly trying to avoid getting hit and at some point it becomes annoying (/a chore).
Saying that... the only char I got to the 2nd level 99 on international Ragnarok Online was a stalker/rogue so I can do it if it keeps being fun to play
