Well I see no reason to quit. I like this game.
Of course there are pretty annoying things, especially all kinds of spammers.

This game is in development, so of course there are bugs and things that are just not perfect or not well balanced. So what? Some people are working on that.
And why does a game have to have more items then needed? Ok i didn't get the purpose of green apples either but who cares. You don't have to buy them.
Also you can ignore annoying players. You can just not care about the money and other values in this game.

I am playing for fun. Not even really levelling anymore. Most of the time I am in Hurnscald, just chatting with some people. Shame that most of my ingamefriends don't play anymore.
As long as it's not about my eye...
CAUTION! Do not look into laser with remaining eye.

Indeed, I also see no reason to quit TMW during this time. The mana world becomes more and more exiting, because of the new platform, which needs quite more work. I would be glad to contribute in the future.

As Leela said, it is still a game. The meaning of a game is to create something for players and developers to have fun and a great employment thus this game is "just" a hobby.

Only constructive criticism is helpful and I absolutely don't understand persons who write sentences like "No one likes it", "Absolutely awful" or "Hahaha, that's Chocolate Cupcake"...such sentences are definitely not constructive.
To the development team: You are doing a good job, thanks for spending your free time to TMW and allow us to play TMW.

Yours, Phaeton

The creativity is running out, this is the problem.

The events of kill monsters are dominated by strong players (that finish with all in minutes).

The newbies/noobs only know ask for item and the most honored of them ask for help in some quest (searching help himself, and not only watching the poor knigth do all work alone).

The challenge? hum...maybe survive in GraverYard...

Items? The rare are not rare anymore...save, save, save and save money and you can buy the legendary excalibur (of course that this item dont exist...).

I am remeber one time when Doulos was GM, that only the low levels would can participate of a event (Tulimshar, a long time ago)
Who still rembember the time when a simple "Giant Maggot" or a "black scorpion" look like a boss of a stage (like our lovely Jack O for the high level players)?

Idea? i have one: Do more events for low level players; or in same style of the Platyna (st. valetin/or whatever this means) with questions and asks; or in a event for EVERYONE to participate.

Good Luck.

Regards, Tengu.

I agree with Tengu in some points but I can absolutely not agree with him in his first statement.
It is not true that there is no creativity anymore. The problem is, there are too few people to implement the tons of ideas. Both, gameplay and development need more help to handle the ideas.
Don't jump to conclusions.
