Making myself a GM on eAthena

I have my own server(eAthena) now but I don't know how to make myself a GM.
I tried it with the files account.txt and gm_account.txt but what I did doesn't work .
Do anybody know how to change that?

On account.txt, copy the ID of the char you want to be GM. It is the first number in the char row, it will be "2000000" for the 1st char you create, "2000001" for the 2nd, and so on.

Then, on GM_account.txt you paste the ID(2000000, etc), one space, and the GM lvl(99 is the higher, i guess).

its online your server or a localhost ?

Currently it's a localhost but probably in some months it will be online.
