read this just now, here is my 2 cents
i think its unbalanced, but would love to see it some what changed. if i understand it correctly mages make lightning with iron powder , made of iron ore. That should be reduced so that it doesn't have near the strength!
but they should have the option of making a similar powder from say pearls, that has the same strength that it does now.......
that's assuming you don't up the drop rate of pearls like was done for ore!
that would re balance it some what!
