This idea was re-introduced by Wombat a while ago when I was a contributor, the player community, and I, was against this and the developer and contributor team of this time decided to create some money regulation instead of wiping everything.

I wonder how it becomes since that, but it doesn't seems worse, so I don't think that it's needed.

Wait if our levels get wipe does that mean I start back as a player level 1 when I worked so hard to get to 95
With out cheating I'm so glad they didn't do this wipe thing I would have been very sad .

i am for a wipe but the level should be decreased by a factor so that lvl 99 ->lvl 50 that they at least have an advatage.
but the wipe should be made when many things are solved - so that it cannot happen again.

If a wipe happens, it will likely be in the context of creating a new world "from scratch" (but using existing content), and the existing world will remain playable for quite some time (but with no new content).

Locking because it really bugs me when people keep posting in old topics.
