I have been trying to play the game for the last 10 hours. I am trapped in the easter island and have to kill the monster to get out.
Could you guys decide who gets to call the monster. Allow more then 2 people to control it, I do not know, may be the gm's?
I would be really nice to fight him. I would love to do it. But you have to get over the power issues. It is really killing the game.
Please, please. Allow other people to spawn and control him. Please.
I know it is all about power and control issues. But please, either allow people to leave the island with out killing him. Or spawn him every hour.
For the love of god this is annoy.
I understand and have not said one word about the crashes, the glitches, the problems. But to just well fully abandon people. That is just lame.
Why cant you give the power to control the monster to let say 20 people?

They COULD use a couple more people running Xak, but still... I'd say it being a power issue is a bit of a stretch. Do you think the ones who spent god knows how many hours/days working on this quest really wanna keep Xak to themselves, knowing that people will keep giving them Chocolate Cupcake about it? I kind of doubt it's that much consolation keeping a boss character to themselves, when people have bitched every step of the way except when the exploits were usable.

lol, I've offered too, but chances are they'd only let GMs control him if anyone, since hes unique and has a unique accessory

Personally, giving the gm's account and password of any client required to finish a quest, should be not in question. It should never cross their minds to not give control to the gm's.
If they did not give control to the gm's because of power issues, then why?
I tried several times to offer my help on this quest and was refused repeatedly.
We have never Female dog, wolf, fox or otter, complained, or said one thing, until this.

I'm trapped in easter island too. Just waiting for boss to show up, but it never seems to came. I'm bored, but I don't want to give up the easter quest.
