[BAN] The Amazing Oracle for unautorized bot.

The 'player' "The Amazing Oracle" has been banned for unautorized bot. His/her owner can ask to become an autorized one, but until this happens he will remain banned.

We have agreed to unban this bot, and it will be tested for some time until it gets the approval.
