tmw password

hey all. i havent been able to get on tmw for about 6-7 months now, i think, due to moving home and having a wedding coming up and all. i downloaded tmw again (my comp got wiped) and put in my username and my password and it told me i had the wrong password. how can irectify this? please help. much thanks in advance

Make sure you have the right capitalization for the account name.

I've tried jayfireweaver and JayFireweaver. nothing on both counts. I'm pretty sure my account name is JayFireweaver...is there no way you can find out my password? I can't even remember if my password is correct...

Finding out what your password is would be very difficult if not impossible. We hash user passwords meaning that the original password is not stored.

It would be possible to change your password, but that is upto Jax or Freeyorp. Did you by chance register a email address or something? It would go a long way to helping you if you can verify your identity

yes, i registered with an email i had to use it to get my password to log in here, as i'd forgotten that too ^^" i'd love to be able to go on TMW once more, continuing where i left off.... *sigh* I hope someone can help me

u may have gotten purged it usually happens after 6 months
