Player Ampa was attacking and picking up drops. He did not respond within the 2 minutes given. As this appears to be his first offense he may request a reset. Please contact a GM here, on IRC, or in game with another character if you wish a reset.

ohhh , please can you desban him and reset the lvl he is my friend and he was smoking then he leave it with manaplus etc etc

He needs to contact me or another member of the GM team himself for the reset. I admit the forums are the worst of the choices available to reach one of us in a timely fashion too. I suggest he use IRC or log in another character to check if a GM is on using the @wgm <message here> command.
