job level wont rise?

i've been playing for a few days now and i've noticed that after job lvl 9 my points go up but not the level its self i think it says something like 450/0

also im at level 13 and the only skills i have are basic? i thought there where more skills?

im using 0.0.18

Unless you sell your soul it will not raise for now. (If you sell your soul you will get more skill points but your character will be wiped soon).

how long will it be before more skills are added with out having to sell your soul?

and will i go up a bunch of levels once new skills are implemented?
