Woaw, that sounds great for the Candor area. The only thing that bothers me is that you don't have any melody here that gives something special and interesting to the music. I'm thinking of a violin for example.
Keep the awesome work up!

Re: Candor Loop
there is not many melodys in dark/spooky places its mostly music that gives you a chill feeling. This music is great for candor and it sure gives that spooky feel to it. just im not sure it gives the same feel while fighting. I really wish tmw could support music change on a map it would make it so much easier.
Also the loop seems good as well.
Keep up the good work!

It's a client bug, not server bug.Chicka-Maria wrote:I really wish tmw could support music change on a map it would make it so much easier.

Although it is possible to start playing a new sound when an effect goes off, I don't think there's any way to stop it (except when it reaches the end of the track). And it would be kind of difficult to trigger the effect properly ... unless I spoof another NPC or something, which is nasty and only necessary because nobody added "effect at position" when the client was young. Hm, not sure if deleting a spoofed NPC cancels effects.

Played it over and over, I loved it, pixie liked it and the parrot was a bobbing her head and whistling to it. =]
It has a really nice dissonance that doesn't go over the top and holds the feeling of tension without ever letting it completely resolve,
perfect for Candor.

Re: Candor Loop
This sounds really good, but for some reason I don't see it in Candor. It definitely has the kind of creepy dangerous vibe, but it sounds more like something to be used somewhere creepy you can explore, such as the crypt. Just an opinion though, this is good fighting music nevertheless.

If only it could be played after Parua finishes counting down,
With some waiting theme up to that point. "Tick-tock, nothing to see here yet."

Re: Candor Loop
I agree. I think the music of Candor should be more epic, after all it's were we can see the best battles of the game.mistergrey wrote:This sounds really good, but for some reason I don't see it in Candor. But in that case, an epic battle music can't be played before the battle begins, when we are waiting 15 minutes. For this moment Elite's music would be perfect, especially for the newbie who have just reached the level 40 and discover this new place.
