Update the wiki

There are changes to be done to wiki. The dark magic skill doesn't require general magic skill level 2. The red towel teleports to 033-1Snow path, southwest of nivalis. Wiki says it would teleport to hurnscald. If anyone has towels, tell me which teleports to tulmishar.
