Spell plugh issue by casting on players.

Hi,

I have an issue with the spell #plugh. and I see other players can cast it on another players and not me
It does not work on the main server. I can cast this spell just on myself and not on another player, I was testing the spell plugh on another player at the server testing and it is working there.

I get level 99 and my magic spell level 2 and astral soul is at max.

works fine for me (casted by Harikrishna on HariRama, you can see the plugh icon near the yellow bar)
only thing that comes to mind is you don't see it casted on other players but it is being casted.

But still a bug with me. The player had no effect with my spell plugh! Maybe it is different for you.
I tried on Celestia many times and she got nothing. The spell is always cast On Me instead the player, and before the first update of Manaplus (1.4.9.14) my spell worked fine.

A silly question but ... if you've created a shortcut to cast the spell, did you 'Allow Target' when you gave the spell's specifications? If not, the shortcut will just cast it on you ...

Yeah it is resolved!!!

Another question: When we make this spell on another player did we saw before a particle effect on the other player so we can know if the spell worked on him/her?
