I think the problem was with npc Brodmir i talked with him and host a pvp and it worked
second time in 10 sec... i talked with him i got dc from the server and everyone else.
I think the problem now is on it.

Rubikon What was the wager you placed? and was anyone lagging? or Did anyone take a bit to respawn?
