Are these items obtainable?

I was checking the news from 2024 and had this on the log:

"-Some mobs get associated hat/item as a rare drop; Spiky and Evil Mushrooms, Fire and Poison Skulls, Zombie, Nutcracker, Moonshroom, Mouboo, -Drunken/Lady and Tipsy Skeletons, Floyd, Emo, Rotter),
-Crozenite, gold and bromenal items added"

Couldn't find more info about it but saw players selling Mush Hat and wearing Silver Four-Leaf Amulet

Were the items obtainable for a brief period or part of a recent event?

Mush Hats are obtainable by kiling Evil Mushrooms (1:10000 chance, just like all the other rare drops).

The Silver Four-Leaf Amulet was given out as a participation reward for the Limerick contest a few years ago:

After that, it was only obtainable once during a Treasure Hunt event, which doesn't happen often.

One last question, can the Floyd, Emo and Rotter found naturally or they have to be spawned?

All of them can only be spawned by eventers or GMs, like many other monsters.
