[NOT A BUG] I cann't create a Characters

Hi members, i have a problem, when i like create a character the software says Failed to create a character, there are a Screenshoot:

The character name that he tried was allready taken (raven). The problem with unspecific error messages will be fixed when the new server is used. I would recommend marking this NOT_A_BUG.
