Arrows.. Where to buy?

Hello

I was wondering, where do I buy the 3gp arrows? I know where to buy the iron arrows, they are from that NPC in the snow town. I know how to get to the bat cave and snow town.

The other arrows can be purchased by the NPC just outside of the cave in the southwest corner of the desert (the map just south of the spawn point).
