Forum cleanup

i think we need kinda forum cleanup
moving topics without replies for xx days to a archive forum (i know there was a phpbb mod for doing this automaticly) or deleting users that have registred and didnt ever post anything and werent logged in for few month
btw the phpbb version is still 2.0.8.. you should really update it
