Help! I can't log in! D:

Help! Whenever I try to log in to my account it says 'Wrong password' even though it is the correct one. Will someone please tell me what is wrong? Am I missing a file or something of that sort? My name is 'Kyle' in game (for any of you programmers out there who can help with this). Once again, someone please help because I REALLY don't want to lose my 70 lvls of hard work

Check that you have spelt your log in name and password correctly, remember that they are both case sensitive.

Ok, I tried re-entering both my log in name and password in caps and no caps and mix matched and one of them did work, but all of my characters were gone!

. Do you know if anything else is could be wrong?

Ok. Nevermind, I got it. I think it was that the first letter of my username wasn't capitalized or something, but it doesn't matter now because I GOT IT
