When gambling, I've noticed that you LOSE the Casino Coins when you draw with the guy, if an Admin is reading this please make it so you don't lose Coins if you draw ...

If by draw you mean tie, that's how casinos work in real life to, you must BEAT to win (the house always wins though) my question would be does it follow real life in that dealer must draw to 17 and stop there too? As in if the dealer has 16 he must draw again no matter what, but after 17 he can't draw again. It's the Las Vegas rules ^_^ Gambler's Anonymous here I come!

In real casino blackjack a draw is called a push and you get your chips back and the house gets their chips back.
