A map of what's currently in the game can be found here.. but that's not the way it'll be later on.

The TMW wiki has a world map here.

Actually, that's not all.. the Woodland village is missing and indoor areas like the mine.

TMW is not really "big" enough yet to need a full fledge world map yet. If you need directions to someplace just ask on the forums or ask someone in game. There are quite a few people who will help you if you ask.
