Pirate event next weekend

Hello tmw players!

The short sword isn't really useful once you have the scythe, but it should be very useful before that, i.e., to new players. Therefore we plan to hold an event to help people get their short sword.

For this event we need lots of rusted keys of course, and also players who wear pirate items, either a pirate hat or an eye-patch. A bandana could work too. If you have one of those and are interested in roleplaying as a pirate for this event, please pm me.

I suggest saturday the 29th, 18:00-20:00 GMT. The date and time may change but we will keep you informed. Unfortunately, sugarcorgit will probably be out of town, but doorsman has promised to fill in for her if he can.

It's hard to know how many we will need though. If we get 10 participants, 30 keys will be enough, but maybe there will be less than 10 participants, or more.

By the way, if you don't have any pirate items you can still help if you want to. As usual, we also need people who can escort the new players through dangerous areas.

Lore gave me 115 keys, so we probably have all the keys we need for this event now. Thank you Lore!

We're also going to hold a pirate event for all players on sunday, so it will be a pirate weekend. I'll write more about this in a separate thread.
